BODY JEWELRY POLICY

Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

No exceptions.

We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness to prevent cross contamination with all of our jewelry for the health and safety of all of our clients.

WELDED JEWELRY POLICY

We will reweld jewelry for free if it brakes at the weld within the first 30 days.

We will reweld jewelry for a $10 fee if it breaks beyond the first 30 days or has to be removed for personal or medical reasons.

If the chain is broken and cannot safely be rewelded we offer a 30% discount for a new piece.

We cannot repair or replace lost jewelry. You must keep your broken chain to be eligible for a reweld or replacement.
