Do I need ID even if I have been to Studio Wren before?

  • Yes, we must have IDs and proof of guardianship for every new piercing performed.

Can a step parent / aunt / uncle / sibling / grandparent sign for a minor?

  • Only legal guardians may sign for a minor. We must have legal documentation that you have guardianship of the child. This is true for all extended family and step parents. Being married to the child's legal parent does not give you guardianship. If you have school, medical, or court documents showing guardianship with matching names to the IDs being presented then a non-parent may sign.
